About AFLG

The purpose of the Administration and Finance Leadership Group (AFLG) is to bring the top leadership from the Administration and Finance division together to: spark collaboration across units; share information on mission-critical issues and strategic priorities; provide opportunities for input; and collectively advance our thinking on shared challenges. AFLG members are often encouraged to “cascade” or share information from the meetings to the staff in their units.

AFLG meets quarterly and the membership includes the VCAF senior management team (approximately 50 senior managers and leaders), which is defined by members of the VCAF executive leadership team.
